PRINTING:

Shipping & Turnaround

Turnaround times are 2 - 4 business days. All orders ship UPS ground and should generally reach you with 1 - 3 Business days depending on your location. If you need a rush job or expedited shipping please call us and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your schedule.

File Setup Requirements:

All artwork must meet the following criteria:

CMYK
300 dpi
1/16" bleed
1/16" safety margin
If you are submitting PSD artwork must be flattened
If you are submitting AI or PDF, all fonts must be outlined

Filetypes we accept:
JPG, TIFF, PDF, EPS, PNG, PSD, AI

Upload or Replace Files:

To upload or replace files for a pending job please log in and visit your ORDER HISTORY. From there you can view your order history and manage your pending artwork files.

Printing Templates

Templates are available for each printing product under the "TEMPLATE" tab on each respective product's page. You can also request a template if you don't see what you'te looking for by sending an email to jobs@zuma-design.com

Software Installation

Every extension sold here comes packaged with documentation and installation instructions. In some cases the extension consists of a set of files contained in a folder named "upload" who's subdirectories can simply be uploaded as is to your website docroot. Others come in the form of a vQmod which is a virtual override system designed primarily for OpenCart. The advantage of vQmod is that it allows an extension to dynamically alter your core files without making any permanent changes. To learn more about vQmod please visit code.google.com/p/vqmod.

Software Compatibility

Most of our extensions are compatible with OpenCart v1.5.4 and up using the default theme. Although it's possible that some may work on earlier versions and/or third party themes we make no guarantees in this regard. We do make every effort to write sound code that is as universally harmonious with other extensions and as unobtrusive as possible, but inevitably every website which uses multiple extensions may encounter conflicts.

If you've purchased software here which is not working as expected we will be happy to help pinpoint the cause. Often there is only a simple adjustment which can get everything working together. If your installation is heavily customized or you require heavy customization please contact us to request a quote for the required work.

We guarantee our software to perform as described and be bug free. If anything is amiss and it is determined that there is a problem with the software itself, we will fix it for free.
